Our "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
If the product is has been damaged in transit or is faulty, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs; in all other circumstances we will refund the purchase price of the goods excluding any shipping or packaging costs incurred in returning them to us - however, please note that the product(s) must be returned in a reasonable condition, with any original packaging and labels intact, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
Note that we cannot accept the return of any perishable goods, and any product that includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
